BUSTLE - TUTU in 2 Tier / 2 Layer Style
 
DESIGN DESCRIPTION
White Net Bustle-Tutu - 2 Tier bustle attached to a 2 layer Tutu Skirt.
The top layer of the tutu is trimmed with Silver Sequins
the 2nd underneath tutu layer is cut with a Pixie Edging.
Both 2 Tiers of the Bustle Section are Trimmed with Silver Sequins.
